Eastern Seaboard Residential Joint Venture
A low-rise residential development on Thailand's Eastern Seaboard, developed with a Bangkok partner serving the industrial corridor's professional workforce.
Overview
The joint venture was formed in 2022 with a Bangkok developer our partner has known for over a decade. The site sits within the Eastern Economic Corridor, an hour from the deep-sea port at Laem Chabang and within commuting distance of the automotive and electronics plants that anchor the region's employment.
The scheme is deliberately unglamorous: 312 units across eight low-rise blocks, priced for local professional buyers rather than foreign speculators, with a clubhouse, pool and managed estate services. Phase one of 148 units completed in 2025 and is 92% sold; phase two is under construction with completion scheduled for 2027.
We provide capital and governance; our partner provides land, permits and construction management. Pricing, budget and handover decisions require both parties' approval.
