Overview
In 2025 we acquired a 35% interest in a Hong Kong business aviation operator with an eighteen-year operating history, alongside the founding management team who retain control.
The business operates from the Business Aviation Centre at Hong Kong International Airport, with access to more than forty aircraft from light jets to bizliners, a 24/7 dispatch centre and traffic rights across Greater China, Southeast Asia and further afield.
The investment thesis is straightforward: business aviation demand in Greater China is structurally under-served relative to the number of high net worth individuals and corporates in the region, and an operator with established slots, permits and ground relationships is extremely difficult to replicate. We hold a board seat and chair the audit committee; day-to-day operations remain with the founders.
